Our client, a multinational technology company based in Łódź, is looking for HR Generalist to join their busy team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating the integration of human resource plans and strategies with business strategy and organizational planning efforts

• Acting as lead human resources generalist for assigned business areas

• Ensuring the effective administration of all human resources functions including organizational development, total compensation, performance management, learning and development, within assigned client group(s)

• Coaching and assisting in the management of current junior HRG community

To be successful in this role you will need:

• A degree with at least 4 years HR experience in a generalist or relevant role

• Local legislation know how

• Experience in internal communication

• Familiarity with the latest thinking in HR practices

• Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills

• Project Management and conflict resolution skills

• Creative problem solving and decision making skills

• Business acumen, team player skills

• A working knowledge of PC applications including Excel and PowerPoint

• Fluent English and Polish
